The Village Hall was originally the Old School House and dates back to 1887. Local children were still being taught there until as recently as the 1960s.

In the late 60s it was de-commissioned and donated to the village as their designated Village Hall. Since that time it has been the sole responsibility of the village, via a committee, to maintain and run this quaint old building for all those who wish to use and enjoy it.

We are always looking for local people to join our small committee to help maintain this beautiful building. We only meet a few times a year. If you feel that you could give a bit of time to help us then please get in contact.

The Village Hall is run solely as a charity and all upkeep and running costs are met by monies raised from hiring it out and by fundraising events.

Things we have done........

Village Hall Roof Project

The huge renovation project on the Village Hall roof is now complete. The committee members would like to say a huge thank you to everyone involved in the project, especially to Kettering Borough Council who helped with the funding.

Village Hall Heating
We have installed a brand new heating system thanks to our fundraising efforts and the generosity of Kettering Borough Council.

Village Hall Chairs
We purchased 50 new fold away padded chairs, to improve the comfort of our hirers.
